Junior School
All year 8 students are involved with Health & Physical Education . Students are exposed to a broad range of physical activities and relevant health topics.
Health & Physical Education in Years 9 & 10 is an elective subject, with in-depth involvement with a fairly broad range of physical activities and developed theory work, establishing the student for study in the Senior School .
As part of the school's Cricket Excellence Program , there is a cricket class in the Junior Health & Physical Education Program.

Senior School
The QSA authority subject, Physical Education, is available in the Senior School (Years 11 & 12). Units of work are centred on the physical activities of volleyball, badminton, touch football and gymnastics.
Likewise, the QSA authority subject, Health Education , is also available. The focus for this subject centres on personal and community health issues.
Four strands of the Authority Vocational School subject Health & Recreation is also offered to students in Years 11 & 12.
• Health & Recreation (General) - Years 11 & 12 focus on a broad range of activities and topics.
• Health & Recreation (Rugby League) – a specialisation in Rugby League.
• Health & Recreation (Cricket) – Cricket Excellence Program.
• Health & Recreation (Surfing) – a specialisation in Surfing

Sport and REAP

Junior School
Students have the opportunity to participate in the annual interhouse swimming, cross-country and athletics carnivals, with the best performers selected in school teams to compete at zone and regional carnivals.
Students can also participate for the school in the Sunshine Coast Central Zone Interschool Sports Competition.
Real Everyday Activities Program (REAP) is also available for students.
